Thank you for shopping with Axeandhammer! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders, expected delivery times, shipping charges, and other important details.


1. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above a specified minimum order value (e.g., ₹1200 or as applicable). 

  • For orders below the minimum value, a nominal shipping fee (e.g., ₹50 + GST) will be charged at checkout. 

  • For international orders, shipping costs and delivery timelines differ and will be calculated at checkout.


2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Once your payment is confirmed, our team processes and ships orders within 48 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). 

  • Orders received after the daily cutoff time may be processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • We aim to deliver your order within 4-7 working days for most locations in India. 

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control such as remote locations, courier network limitations, political or natural disruptions. 

4. Shipping Partners

  • We ship through reputable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. 

  • If our primary partner does not cover your area, we may use alternative courier services, including India Post. 

5. Delivery Updates & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (if available).

  • You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s website or app to check delivery status.

6. International Shipping

  • Yes — we ship internationally.

  • Shipping costs, delivery timelines, duties, customs charges, or taxes for international shipments will vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Change of Shipping Address

  • You can request an address change before the order is processed for shipment by contacting our support team.

  • Once shipped, address changes may not be available.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly:

  • Please contact our Customer Support with your Order ID and details.

  • We will work with the courier partner to locate, redirect, or re-ship as per our policies.

9. No Hidden Costs

  • The price you see is the price you pay — no additional hidden charges like octroi or unexpected fees at delivery. 

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
