Return & Refund Policy – Axeandhammer

Thank you for shopping with Axeandhammer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 You may return most products within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags, labels & packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is provided 

1.2 Products not eligible for return include (but are not limited to):

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Items marked non-returnable on the product page

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@axeandhammer.in

  2. Provide your Order ID, contact details, and reason for return

  3. Pack the item securely with all original contents

  4. Ship the return to our address (we will provide return instructions)

Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or product not as described, we will cover return shipping charges.

  • For returns due to change of mind, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) may not be refundable.

  • Refunds will include applicable taxes.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges (subject to stock availability) for:

  • Size issues

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items delivered

To request an exchange, follow the return initiation steps above and specify “Exchange” with your desired replacement size/color.

6. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 15 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage/issue

  • We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund as per your preference (Law4u)

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations must be treated as returns.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7–15 business days after cancellation confirmation.
